Having access to a lawyer on retainer helps you identify contract requirements efficiently and mitigate legal risks. Customers have found this particularly useful for when your company is negotiating and executing important contracts, strengthening its intellectual property protection, dealing with employment matters or raising capital.
Lawpath’s Retainer Program is for 12 months (Term). The terms of the program, billing and service are detailed in the proposal. We will provide you with a 3-month trial period to ensure the program is the right fit for you.
Lawpath’s retainer program provides a customised level of legal services provided by a lawyer. The program provides dedicated support and tailored legal strategies that yield the best results for your specific circumstances. Our cost-effective legal plans are based on online services and products accessed through our software platform.
You may cancel your program at the conclusion of the three-month trial period. Upon cancellation, your program will automatically cease at the end of the three-month trial period. If you don’t cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be required to pay the remainder of the fees payable under the 12-month term.
